-devmode not working

i entered -devmode as a launch argument but nothing happens not even the popup that ask if i understand the command line
i just wannna do a new game plus of sorts but i stuck
any one had this issue before

i solved it i removed all my keyboard drivers in device manager then discconected and reconnected my keyboard , after that i entered -dev mode (with space cause why not) and it worked

Keyboard drivers should have no impact on this also adding space seems weird. I can't get it to work either. Odd thing.

Unless you mean for hitting tilde key that might make sense. But it doesn't have any affect on devmode activating or not.

Mine randomly started working now, for no reason lol
