What does Blunt Force Trauma's Every time you fully charge your attack with a heavy melee weapon, the attack will be 10% stronger? Does it mean fully charged I don't know, I can't find the technology to fully charge it anywhere in the help section.

Holding long enough your attack button is a full charge.

When you press and hold your attack button, it ♥♥♥♥♥ the weapon. The more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ your weapon is, the more power it has, because, of course, a fully ♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapon is the deadliest.
