Let be honest, the victims are us traditional KCD1 players.
Good for them, that the game has received such a big attention, great for business.

But lets be honest, the victims here are traditional KcD1 players, who have to deal with a similarly lame combat mechanic, diversity that is not according to historical accuracy we have hoped for and a " romance " scene, even though optional, ruining our view on the characters, built on years of story and gameplay.

Last but not least, all the bugs and sucky quests of carrying stuff around or being locked in a castle, not being able to save properly, playing in a buggy mess.

Shame...

I wish I could refund and perhaps give this a try again in 2 or 3 years, when they got over themselves and fixed this mess.

People bashing the church, woman treating men like garbage, a guy who sure might’ve been part of a kings court but completely bashing the culture that king comes from? Nah that dude would be dead 100% if any of the kings loyal men heard him speak the way he does. You have one lord literally denounce the church in front of his men. It’s just insane how different the view points have changed from the first game to the second. This was very clearly written by people on an agenda. Not to mention the blatant AI voice acting and dialogue in some areas. Do I like the game? Sure, but if they simply added the QOL changes into the first game I’d play that one over this any day.

exactly this except I have 500 hours in KCD1
Dude I really hope they do a remaster or something of KCD1 that adds all the QOL stuff from this game such as the crime system, the drying rack, the blacksmithing, the little details such as eating and washing. I’d play the first game over this 100%

Developers, remove the controversy already? Vavra in 2015 said there were no blacks in Bohemia in 1400s, which he was correct about. So between KCD1 and KCD2 the establishment got to changing his mind, and had to inject this clear change of perspective.

Anyone defending KCD2 at this point is just sycophant for the changes and isn't an actual fan of the original game.

Original KCD1 fans will spread word of mouth faster than marketing can keep up with this game and tank it. Just do the right thing and deliver what the fans want, not want nobody asked for.

Is this black

So everything the second game has? Also the first game was not really Historical accurate.
No.
1) The second game has a bad storyline. - most of the quests have fewer variants of executing.
2) It's much less historically accurate than KCD1 - a noble like Jan of Semine would never fight with a person who was considered a commoner in the XV century, for example.

KCD was never historically accurate so no idea where you thought it was.. Im guessing you didnt play it.

This was another reason why i didn't pre-order the game, besides the price. None of this was possible in that time period, neither happened in the first game. Quite ridiculous writing.

Someone needs to make a game where you just walk around getting offended about everything. You tag things with a woke sign, which builds a progress bar, when it triggers, you cry so hard that you ♥♥♥♥ your underpants.

Call it MagaMan.

Somehow I doubt you even played the game

Agree, quests so far really sucks. I expected much much better quests and dialogues... Witcher 3 questing is so much better just can't compare... Also dialogues are more grown up.

I remember fighting nobles all the time when I was in KCD1. With 1500 hours yourself you should remember that.
Yup, it was once. With Jan Ptachek at the beginning, and Hanush was very unpleased because of that violation of subordination.
And then we fought him again in training and noone cared.

Brawl ain't count. I was talking about training. And Hanush didn't know about it at first - I was talking about the general approach. In KCD1 the friendly fight between a noble and a commoner was a no-no by the lore, and in KCD2 Jan, the lord of Semine calls you first, despite knowing Jindřich for 15 minutes. And what if Jindro was a hired murderer?

No it doesn’t lmao and if it does they hid them extremely well. I’ve played through the game like 4 times at this point and never found a single person who openly proclaimed to be gay. If you have a video or something I’d be interested to see it.
You strike me as the type of person that you can't really please.

Sir Bernard, Sir Robard? You are dying on this hill for no reason

It looks more like someone never played KCD1) There ARE gay characters, and more than two. Ethnical minorities - also are represented. Kingdom Come franchise always had DEI)

I enjoyed the first game and am enjoying this as well.

I really liked the first game. What a weird accusation of yours.
When you complain about the combat system and the save system it's not a strange assumption you didn't like the first game, is it? As a big fan of original KCD I'm loving part 2. More of the same but better. You can stick your victim mentality where the sun doesn't shine.

Bernard is the Rattay captain - supervising the training is a part of his duties, also he was ordered to train Jindřich. And most important - he challenged the order (I guess Racek just explained to him who Jindro was after he left).
Borek ain't a noble, it was stated in the dialogue in the prologue.

So no, KCD1 completely understands that a noble and commoner in a friendly fight is a no-no.
