Where do you use alchemist key?

I killed alchemist bandit at Rabstein Mill ruins and he had a key, but there no chest nearby this key is for

I do recall a chest upstairs with a few things, but in the center of the ruined building is a chest with a LOT of potions and ingredients, might be the chest for that key.

its not you have to lockpick that one

Same just got this key no idea where to use it I looked around the area didn't find anything.

Just so we are clear, I finished the game, but did not go there.
If we are talking about the spot with mystery potion and hidden perk.

But I have started another playthrough with not completely evil Henry so I might visit it in a week or two. ;)
