Where are the cats

ive been seeing alot of dogs in this game but have never seen a cat, are they even in the game? youd think theyd be more common considering how important they were in catching rats and preventing plagues and diseases in historical medieval europe

I saw a cat sitting on top of a barrel outside of the trader shop in one of the towns in the Trosky region.

They run and hide scared of Mutt :)

They are usually sleeping somewhere, if you scare them they will run though

I’ve seen a cat or two. They are def not as common as dogs. I wouldn’t mind them being turned up a bit in a patch.🐈‍⬛

Also I wouldn’t mind random dogs and cats being pettable.

I saw a cat perched on a ledge yesterday and when I approached it darted off at speed which made me laugh as it looked just a bit too fast to appear natural. I only remember that because, so far in 15 hours of play, that was the only cat I'd seen which is why I went up to it (and, obviously, frightened it off).
