Can I travel between area 1 and area 2?

you just need to go the "main" street in Kuttenberg all the way to the edge of the map where you spawn in the cutscene there will be waggons that transport you for 200 groschen and they even feed you so you arrive with a full belly and fully rested

Yes costs 400 g to back to Trosky and 200 g to Kuttenberg

You can just whistle for it and it'll spawn.

Edit: Go west of Suchdol, Kuttenberg region. And southeast on Trosky region.
