Where are all the Storage Chests?

There seems to be a lot of misinformation and ignorance (on my part) on the number and consistency of Storage Chests. As I see it, the only places with Storage Chests are Main Story connected, and no taverns in either map allow the player usage of a Storage Chest.

The issue runs as this: Once the player gets into Kuttenberg map, they're locked out of their Trosky map storage. Trosky Castle, the Blacksmith, both no longer work. I never found the Miller storage chest.

So the player is left with Suchdol or Devil. Suchdol, though, is locked after dark and you have to lockpick to get to the room.

Is there something I'm missing? I'm at the point of WTF when it comes to dumping gear/loot.

most taverns that give you an actual room and not just a straw bed have a chest.
Kuttenberg the inn where katarina works has a chest its not besides the bed but on the other side of the room in a corner.....
I have made a habit out of going to every tavern/inn i see and renting the rooms for unlimited time money is so plentyful you really dont need to pinch on the groschen
