Where can I learn how to repair tier 3 weapons/armor myself?

Is there way to repair them without the for example armorer kits?
With some skills for example, since now we have smithing in the game.
Or is it using repair kit or paying for it like we had in the KDC1?

weapons you can just grind on the grindstone armour needs a kit

if you have skilled to some level there is a perk wich let you learn repairing by watch smiths repair your stuff. never used it tho

nah it just gives you Exp in crafting nothing about learning how to repair
