Agro Bug (Orange Bunny)

This just randomly happens and it is really pissing me off. It pops up mostly in Kuttenberg sometimes when I fast travel there, use the bath house or simply just forward time or even stop to fight bandits while fast travelling.

I could be walking down the street and not engaging anything or anyone and it goes orange bunny and I can’t fast travel, can’t talk to NPC’s, can’t progress quests. There are no guards attacking me and every NPC’s that sees me will back off - including the guards.

Only fix would be to revert to an old save and NOT travel to kuttenberg but that’s impossible especially if one wants to complete the story line.

Now I’m at the von grolle house and I’ve found the evidence and when I leave the room and go down the stairs? It goes orange bunny but there’s no NPC around to even spot me.

I’ve tried going back to a previous save and reloading the most recent save but it’s always the same.

I’ve tried hitting a guard and surrendering and paying the fee - nothing changes. Still being Agro by an invisible foe.

Sometimes I stop to fight bandits while fast travelling and there’s nothing there to even attack me but I’m in orange bunny Agro mode.

This is ridiculous and game breaking. How does one complete the storyline then? For such an expensive game? Get your ♥♥♥♥ together devs.

I got it too in kuttenburg and I've tried reloading my save a couple quests back but I still got the issue anyways so idk what to do

Just try reloading to a much earlier time where the bug isn’t present, walk around a bit and the reload the latest save game again. Try this a few times and for me the bug generally goes away for a while but it WILL come back after a while so save game as often as you can and you will be able to inch forward with quest progression until the bug inevitably comes back again. Not ideal but it may be a temporary fix for some. For me personally it is now no longer working and I’m totally stuck on Kings Gambit quest line.

Yeah Im at a different set of quests but with the exact same issue. Just stopped playing for now, that charging bunny was starting to piss me off.

so i had this bug, and had the orange bunny on screen for a few hours. couldnt fix it by reloading, fast traveling, sleeping etc etc.

for me it ended up being a guard in city; one with a yellow tabard standing in front of a white building. im guessing i hit him or someone in front of him with my horse. Fixed it by walking by him, having the surrender prompt come up, and then talking my way out of it by pretending to be a noble.

the orange bunny went away as soon as i did that. so maybe its the same guard, or a guard looking for you.

edit: just want to add that it was a guard with a YELLOW tabard; different from all the other city guards wearing red and white; the yellow dude is a diffferent faction or something i think; it was specifically him. you cant miss him yellow tabard leaning up against a door of a white house. It was specifically that guard for me, different from the standard guards

For me it was Goatskin. Just walk around till he finds you - then kill him. Orange bunny went off straight away. He found me around 7pm-8pm on the Northern Battlements of the King Solomon Tavern.

There is no need for such strong language, but this is indeed a very annoying bug that hits me regularly too in Kuttenburg.

Hopefully it gets fixed or -at least- some way to clear the flag because it stays on you for way, way too much time (sometimes even two full days, an entire HENRY FOX potion duration!).

Does anyone know if there will be an update soon to fix the crap bug I can't go back to the first map an come back to the second one that is when this bug pops up for me I got lucky an had a save but I can't go back an learn the master strike now cause everytime I go to the first map and come back the dang bunny shows up agro an I can't get rid of it an I already killed goatskin
