Can Balshanka be upgraded?

Sadly only a Quality 2, so its outclassed statwise by other Q3 polearms. us there a way to improve it? or is it stuck at that tier? :-/

just have to replace with a better polearm. It feels like it's there as an introduction to the weapon if you haven't engaged with them so far. Smithing doesn't extend to polearms or maces/hammers. Doesn't extend to armour for that matter. Will hopefully be expanded.

Armor smithing is a whole other animal. To keep it realistic, they would have to implement it as entirely different job with distinct workshops.

the thing is i already have a better polearm. but i really like the look of that poleaxe.
so just hoped it could be improved :-/
