Janosh Bug

In the devils pack quest, i have to let go Janosh, that is in the pillory at Miskowitz, but i have an error, Janosh is walking in the street, and there is other npc in the pillory, and i cant do nothing, any solutions??

I too have this problem and have found no way yet to fix it. Ive tried nearly everything. I even got the hired hand out of the pillory but Janosh still doesnt get into it like I thought he would and I cant seem to do anything else. I assume theres a way to fix it with the console? But im not sure how.

I fix it, when Janosh was walking nearly the pillory i talk to him and worked, we spawn there after that

I was able to unlock Janosh by killing the Hired Hand that was on the pillory causing the bug. I killed him with a bolt to the face at night

If you have the key you just need to actually find the lock on the pillory. Youll get arrested but it shouldnt be hard to talk your way out of it at this point or just pay it tbh. It fixes it easily without needing to kill or do weird ♥♥♥♥. Hope this helps!

Janosh was in the pillary for me and the Hired Hand was standing right behind him. I did as Kyrafi said which, unfortunately, is probably the best solution until they fix the bug.
