I hate the toothless weirdo I had to bribe to avoid a high speech check to find the noble in kuttenberg, and I've run into a couple of other unkillables like that as minor charcters. I couldn't swipe them with a good sword in the attic either without the guards knowing somehow. Annoying. Total annihilation mod on the original kingdom come, would really love that again.
