I know that Pebbles and Mutts can have traits added.
Where can I find that information?
Is it true that if you ride Pebbles for 30km, you get a trait?

Yes it is true.

Wow, I didn't know anything about a Pebbles perk. Personally, I think Pebbles is a joke and I doubt a perk will make him much better. You should get a new horse as soon as possible. I thought it was really dumb how they fanservice Pebbles as being so special to Henry. Pebbles is the crappiest horse that Captain Bernard could find for you in KCD1.

After the upgrade, new trait "Good old Pebbles" will be in your horseriding perks.

i kept my horse i am in 2nd region now . but tbh if u keep peb expect to lose every riding race he just sux balls ! . so you care to win any race in this game get yourself new horse or keep him for sake of 1st game . peb is terrible horse sadly

35 km, doesn't sound bad, but if you want to get it quickly... I was sick of riding Tachov-Semine there and back again :P

i couldnt win vs that nomad dude i guess i need to talk to girl to give me something to slow down horse. anyway i won the other 2 things and got what i wanted from him to finish quest

Herring, horse you get as story reward, also has similar unlockable trait like pebbles.

The moment I got enough money to upgrade, I swapped Pebbled for Al Buraq. In KCD1 I mean. I don't know what I will do in KCD2. The Trosky map feels smaller than the first games map. You can go from Tachov to Troskowiz to Semine in minutes. I haven't gotten to Kuttenberg yet, is that map bigger?

With her trait, she's fifth fastest horse you can buy, so not really.

The trick to head start is you use it for 10 seconds then full stop when it runs out then use it again over and over. You'll outpace any npc riding normally even on slow pebbles

I've only ridden Pebbles 29km. Apparently fast travel counts in distance travelled but not distance on foot. ;)
