I found the solution, however this will cut some performance but you will gain a stability.
If you have 13/14 gen Intel cpu, you need to go toy your BIOS and disable “game boost” if it’s disabled you need to change the voltage.
Mine was set to 4096 something, and I selected MSI performance which set it to 253W.
If your PC completely shutsdown while playing a game then two things may be happening.
1. Your power supply is not strong enough for the power draw it requires to run the game. Limiting your FPS to keep graphics card power draw low could help.
2. Or your CPU/GPU is overheating which results in the preemtive shutdown to not damage your components. Check your cooling setup or try to lock the FPS also to reduce power draw and thus temperatures too.
Intels 14s have stability issues. Make sure to have the last bios installed to prevent random crashes. Some people even had permanently damaged CPUs due to that.

Dude, thank you so much. I have been trying for days now ant this finally did it. Though it wasn't called game boost, just CPU boost or something. Just if someone else is looking for it...
Keep in mind that I have the latest BIOS installed with microcode 0x12B in place and executing. I also have a very unstable experience in UE5 games, Intel 14th is just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Should have stayed with my precious 12700k....
edit: it crashed again, now after syncing all P-cores to 48 in addition to the above mentioned fix it seems to run stable for the moment.
