opus magnum bug hardlocked
the bathhouse owner wont talk to me (talk icon greyed out) im in good standing with them and im locked out of the backsmiths quest since i didnt have a horse in the beginning so i skipped it for this quest. So im locked out of the wedding quest completely

my guess is cuz shes stuck in place outside by the little pond where you bath

found a fix just beat her up carry her to a new spot leave come back pay your fines and shes working properly
