Question about Pebbles with spoiler

Hey, I turned back from Kuttenburg to get Pebbles but can't find the horseman since I burned down the Semine. Is there a way to get the horse?

I fixed the title, sorry.
No, I switched Pebbles with another horse at first. Now I'm in middle of the game and learned about Perk with him. Now I returned back to Semine to buy back the horse but can't find the vendor because its burnt.

Somebody said pebbles might return.. but why do you care? just grab "mark" or any of the higher lvl horses.
I assume you are after that "perk"?

You messed it up, I didn't tell that the people in Semin were traitors, so the farm wasn't burned down and everyone is alive and I can still talk and trade with the NPCs there, you chose the path of the story and have to live with the consequences and the aftermath and Peppls probably died in the attack or with a lot of luck another horse dealer has him, you have to search everyone
