Unprovoked Sex Scene Bug

I explicitly avoided romance with Katherine because my Henry is faithful to Theresa, but if I speak to her at all before leaving during the Hunger and Despair quest I am forced into a sex scene with her even if I don't pick the romance option and haven't pursued her at all the entire game, not even the flirty speech checks.

Surely this is a bug, right? This sex scene literally comes out of nowhere and seems like it is actually supposed to be at the end of a romance questline or something.

I have a similar bug.
As I was about to have sex with Katherine, the gay sex scene with Hans played instead
I feel so raped right now...
