Is there a way to tie up stolen horses?

So I’m wondering if there is a way to tie up stolen horses so they do t start walking off when dismounting them.

It’s annoying that I can’t pass time whilst mounted. When I steal a house during the night and show up at the Nomads camp I have to sit there and wait until morning.

If there is a way to tie up or stop the horse from walking off so I’m able to ‘pass time’ then please let me know.
