WE NEED A TOGGLE HIDE HELMET OPTION (dialgoue and cutscenes)
or at least have the closed face helmets flipped open during the cutscenes and dialogue..

Henrys face has been improved so much from the first game and the mouth animations are LEAGUES better than before and we cant see ANY of it..

Warhorse.. modders.. please I BEG YOU, it would be so neat.

I always leave my visor opened, I only close it during fights.

Some of the helmets are closed in cut scenes even though they were open before the dialogue began.

In my experience it doesn't change a damn thing, the lion dlc thing is always counted closed in cutscenes while the italian bascinet is always counted open

Yep, most of those helmets look really stupid, hide headgear option during dialogues would be great.

Yea i may have been too quick to write this post, i was only using the preorder bonus helmet and that always has the face closed. Now i got a new one and i see that its always open in dialogue, so its not as bad as i thougt. Atleast its not like the first game where they were closed all the time. Still, a toggle helmet setting would be a lovely option to have.
You walk around in full plate armor? I walk around dressed like the finest nobelman, and I only swap over to my armor set when I need it. If I end up in a fight outside of it, I can either flee or destroy the enemy with my amazing skills (I do flee sometimes).
Why the hell does the helmet’s visor stay down in your guys’ game? My visor always goes up even though I want it down in cutscenes and interactions. Which helmets are you guys even wearing?

We're talking about the lions crest helmet from the preorder bonus, it doesnt have a visor, it just stays down all the time. I realise now that other helmets with visors go up and down on their own contextually in dialogue and cutscenes.
Why stop there? If he's constantly donning and taking off his helmet throughout the day, his face should be red and sweaty, and his hair disheveled. And it would probably irritate his skin too, so he should get all red and splotchy the more you talk to people.

They could also add a "discomfort" stat next to visibility and conspicuousness. Your discomfort level would rise consistently from talking to people and constantly fiddling with your helmet. This would be so much fun.

I just use the open bassinet or whatever it's called. Decent protection and you can still see his face. Also he uses a crossbow so it's probably better to have the visibility instead of face protection. Remember fashion is important when selecting armor.

My Henry aint no helmetless wuss. He sleeps in helmet. He drinks through helmet. Ladies kiss him on the helmet. It was hillarious to be fair.

Dont think we will get the developers to add this officially but a hardcore-like mod might. would be pretty sick
This is also funny becuase in a lot of cutscenes in the first game henry simply didnt have helmet on.

What the hell? For me my visor is always flipped up in cutscenes. Despite it being down all the time.

This is a gamer thing dating back to World of Warcraft. You take your helmet off "in town" in order to "hang out" and "roleplay".

It's only an issue if you care about your character in the context of "armor for fashion", which is a bit silly in a single player game. But I guess it's supposed to be "immersive" or whatever.

But you can't have the best of both worlds, if you want that realism. Helmets aren't that easy to put on and take off, compared to like a baseball cap. They're heavy and sweaty. If you put one on for the day, you aren't going to take it off every time you want to chat with mi'lady. Ultimately it stems from the fact that characters wear their 50 pound armor in casual settings like sitting around the campfire, eating dinner, or even sleeping. Not many knights in real life slept in their 50 pound armor.
