Raising Hood
Is there a way to raise your hood? You can lower visor but i dont see a way to raise your hood.

NPC's wear a different type of hoods what are 'on'

Would be nice if there was. Possibly a modder will add something like this. All it needs is a little shrouding round the top of the screen to look right. If it could give a minor boost to visibility while increasing conspicuousness (cause who's that dodgy geezer with his hood up?) that would be a nice touch
