Grocer - Tachov

Discord no one is answering this question, so im going to try here.

There is a grocer in Tachov that i cannot enter. NPC's will start acting like crazy as soon as i enter the plot, it seems like its out of bounds for me? but why? i also cannot locate the Grocer NPC. Am i missing something there or what? what is the grocer for then if i am not able to enter the property to buy?

Try verifying your local KCD 2 gamefiles and in case you are using mods uninstall them before you verify your local files and then try again.

There is a tailor in Kuttenberg with this same issue. Entrance is locked 24hrs and the only way to get to him is to enter in from the back way and sprint through the hall into his store and hope no one sees you or notices.
