What is the best horse?

I heard Pebbles can get an upgrade that makes him or her really good. But is there a better horse?

Mark has the second best carry capacity ingame without being much worse in the rest, besides courage..
it's not a horse you do melee combat on..

in between the best saddle + him + me we carry over 900 kgs of stuff.
he also has really good stamina so you can keep him at max speed for extended periods.

not the top speed, but yea it's a trade off.

That's a no-go for me, since I like to do mounted combat sometimes.

Definitely look one up high on courage, and get him horse armor.
I'm curious if your horse can die, since you can kill other horses.

I usually tag them both rider and horse with dollmaker then kill em at the game start to pile up some grosh.
