Are there actually any good quest rewards?
So far it seems pretty lacklustre, haven’t gotten much good gear out of the quests in starting area. I got a sword I can’t use and some damaged armor from rescuing mutt, a bow from the drunk tracker guy (all of which I had to pickup in the area)

Well the problem with that is no auto saves when exploring so I’m disincentivised to exploring if I don’t have saviour snaps

enable devmod and type wh_sys_nosavepotion 1 in console command to enable save everywhere

No, you'll get lumps of coal. Move on to the next game you actually like, please.

What a baby, this guy's just asking about rewards and you throw a tantrum

The stated rewards are usually meh. Side dialogue options sometimes get you extra items. Gules questline you can keep all the items, with the ring being pretty good. You can also keep a cool club which i think can be upgraded later. Besides that I cant think of anything outstanding besides the quest involving the mysterious hermit in appollonia.

Well, some quests sort of lead you to pieces/recipes of unique gear, like the Sword of St. Valentine, the one set of dark armor, etc.

Bottom line: Nnnnooope

Once you hit the Kuttenberg region though you are so stuffed with awesome gear that you won't care

Just use an alchemy bench, there's one you can use for free in the starting town, and make savior schnapps. They're pretty easy to make. It's not hard to be rolling around with like 30 of them on you/your horse.

Yea this isn’t a problem anymore now that I’m 40 hours in, I have a ton of grochens and a bunch of saviour snaps. Quest rewards are now from 300-500 grochens a pop. I guess only reason to play side quests now is the stories.

Rewards still are underwhelming the best I got was a tier 2 sword which isn’t as good as my current

There’s a god-tier quest reward called the Thunderstone you can get during a quest that starts in Grund.

You’ll have to piss everyone off to keep it for yourself, but it gives you a permanent 10% buff to stamina regeneration as long as it’s in your inventory (you don’t need to wear it).

I heard the tourny has some decent rewards if you do them all you get some good armor apparently.
