Constantly crashing when opening Inventory or map
The game will randomly crash to desktop and prompt to send a crash report whenever I open my inventory or map. Will also randomly crash on start up screen when selecting "Continue". Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Glad, that I'm not only one. So yeah, it happens to me too, It's pretty annoying because it is pretty frequently. I gave up today, I'll wait for update. Hard to get far, and with limited saves, you rollback all way.
Same here! I didn’t figure out what causes it yet.

Yeah opening map specially seems to be causing the crash, it was fine for 7h of gameplay but not anymore

this must have something to do wit your PC (low spec?). haven't had a single crash since release (3090/i9 10900).

9800x3D with 7800 XT and 96 GB of ram on board - crashes on secondary map - accualy turns off PC completly. So i don't think its hardware related. Any other games runs just fine, no overheating, no 100% utilization of CPU or GPU, newest drivers etc...

Same, at this point just going to wait for an update
Same on secondary map. Newest drive with 4080.
I've managed to play today without any crashes, the only thing i did was reactivating motion blur. I was surprised!

But I hate motion blur,
but yeah, I have these crashes too.

[Edit: Adding Object Motion Blurr didn't improve the situation much]

Solution: turn off Intel turbo boost in Bios.
Crashes will be gone! I had the same issue.

Unfortunately that solution didn't worked for me... Every time I open the map the game instantly crashes.
Something really weird is that the game was working fine and out of nowhere it started crashing when opening the map.
