Lord Hanush is in charge until Hans comes of age.
I hate possibly adding to the Hans being underage by modern standards controversy, but at what age does Hans come of age in the game? Hanush is in charge in KCD1 because Hans' father died and Hans is still too young and inexperienced to take charge himself.
So is Hans too young physically in the game or just experience-wise. Historically the character he was loosely based on would have been 15 but to satisfy legal differences between the 15th century and today, everyone was aged up in the game. That's why you see no actual children in the game. For the purposes of propriety Hans is physically 27 years old which would mean a 10 year old in the 15th century would be 22 years old in the game? a 5 year old would be 17?
I doubt the devs put this much thought into it but it is good to know they took into account the problems that could have occurred if anyone seeing Hans and Henry were stupid enough to think they were too underage for getting serviced at bathhouses in the 15th century just because they would have been today.

Read the whole thing. Yes he is 27. They both are. In the 15th century there were toddlers running around. You see any toddlers? No. Everyone was aged up.

Hans is actually a 10-thousand year old demon, he just looks young
Bro i know where you got the misinformation about 27 and I can garanti its incorect they did nor run around as toddlers, henrys age was changed not hans all this have allready been explain but you wanna hear someone tell you what you think even tho hans himself makes it clear he needs to grow up. (Grow up is the same as needing to be older)

Im ngl i didnt read the whole thing but Hans talks to you towards the end of the game and says hes upset that Hanush wont give Hans his feifs unless Hans marries someone for an alliance (Hanush was supposed to give hans the feifs when he came of age without conditions) in the 15th century you could get married at 14 as a boy and 12 as a girl, and where the game is made you can get married at 15, so I think hans is 15 or 16 in game, but physically they aged him up to be in his mid 20s so it didnt look weird. yall also gotta remember that the US is an outlier in consent laws, most countries around the world and in Europe the age of consent is 16.

All the details and issues with recognition Hans' maturity were perfectly explained in KCD1, during hunt. Long story short, his rights must be confirmed by king, and king remains in captivity.

More than one way to grow up. Some people need to grow up emotionally, others need to grow up socially. Its a game, dude.
They aged anyone physically under 18 up so that no-one is under 18. You're harping on something that isn't a thing.
You for example, need to grow up and admit your problem isn't with the age they're having sex at but with the kind of sex they're having.

Yes. Its agreed upon that everyone was aged up...There are no children in the game so it would be silly to think that wasn't the case.
And yet you still want to pretend there are children in the game to support your narrative.

Games states Henry capone 1388-1419 and have ing underage in the dis, but discredit cuz some guy inst dead as if that is a point of changin his age, second hans him self says he need to grow up and explains his role futhere in the game and in the Hunt mission you for somereason didnt see a person tell you aswell but no that just mean he is not mentaly grown even tho the intro scenes explains the whole role of hans and the war, just cuz gandalf is played by 67 year old dude still dosnt change the fact he is 2000ish just like we dont base ingame chars on any of there voice actors even of their models are also resempling them to make the voice fit...

Corthew are you asking in terms of medieval laws ? When does Hans become a man, or when does Hans become able to take care of his title by himself ? Because I think that may be separate. I dont think he automatically gets to care for his title the day he becomes a man, but I could be wrong.
