Where do confiscated items go in kuttenburg?

So i went around and stole all the stuff from the armorers in Kuttenberg and when they woke up the guards took it all, just wondering where the storage for confiscated items is.

There is no storage, you have to steal the stuff back from the guard that coniscated it. If you close the game the items are gone for ever. So find the guard, and stealth kill it and take everything back.

So the guard gets you to do all the dirty work, then robs you and keeps the things? Yeah take that beach down!

Heh, yeah...the guard keeps it.

I was doing the quest where I was getting the special sword back for the sword school from that jerk butcher NPC. After he sent me digging in a garbage dump when it wasn't there I was not happy. I ran in and he accidentally bumped into my sword a few times. No one saw me kill the guy, but then I got caught robing the broken sword off him. A guard came after me and I talked my way out, but he took the sword as it was a stolen item. The quest marker then moved along on the map with that guard. I let it go a while to see if he would unload, but days went by and he still had it. I actually pick pocketed him to get it.

I looted a blacksmiths storage a while ago and had still a ton of stuff on me, i had the audacity to sleep on a haybed in a back alley of a village that belonged to no one, a guard rushed to me like i was evading taxes and took all my stolen staff, that day i wiped Semine from the face of the world, i murdered every npc and every animal, afterwards i sided with bergow and killed anyone in the fortress and burned it to the grounds, then i reloaded the save file and did it again for good measure. I have killed npcs for less and i will do it again in the future.
