Seems like half of the shops in Kuttenberg have permanently locked doors

i mean do developers just NOT play test games anymore? some of the most popular shops (tailor/armorer/blacksmith) in the biggest city in the game (Kuttenberg) have permanently locked doors and it's considered trespassing to be in the hallways that lead to the shop.

how the ♥♥♥♥ is this possible? make it make sense. and then the same shops, the owner doesnt show up for work until like 3 hours before the shop closes, just like the buggy ass first game, HOW THE ♥♥♥♥ IS THIS POSSIBLE? you cannot convince me that this game was properly tested
