Kuttenberg is very buggy right now
I just got to the new area and already noticed a lot of bugs. I want to share some bugs I encountered so that hopefully it is fixed sooner. Specifically where I am in the story is right after rescuing that Devil guy with the funny gun cutscene from the wagon and talking to Jan to fast travel back to the inn so after fast travelling with him, I decided to free roam. Hope this helps fix the bugs and help other players be aware of them.

1) I now have a permanent orange alert rabbit after it got triggered once and I can't get rid of it. It happened first when I went to one of the doors near the cobbler area in Kuttenberg so I reloaded to an older save to get rid of it. Second time it happened was when one of the armorsmith shop closed and I went there and I got alerted by a female servant to leave the area and it's now permanent. I did a lot of crafting the whole day so I did not want to reset the day so now the rabbit is there forever even when I sleep or restart the game.

2) The second Kuttenberg tailor is not properly set as a private/non-private area. The shop room itself is not private but the hallway leading to it is not so the door is permanently stuck as Hard Lockpicking. I got to the shop by waiting for a servant to open the door and I slipped in and entered the hallway where it says I'm in a private area which disappeared when I entered the shop room.

3) Side quest spoiler. I like this side quest so don't read it if you like the story. : George and Michael are in the stockade area in Kuttenberg but they are just standing there but you can talk to them like they are in the stockade. I only see one stockade thing and George is just standing behind it not stockaded, while Michael doesn't have a stockade in front of him and also just standing on the wodden platform.

4) Some shops in Kuttenberg just appears to be always closed. It might be related to point #2. Hopefully it is a story thing and not a bug.

5) Major Main story spoiler and money making spoiler: It is not possible to reforge Radzig sword to Tier 4. I can only reforge it at most to Tier 3. I tried this twice. I know this is a bug and not a mistake in my blacksmithing because I make a lot of of my money by blacksmithing. I've drained the blacksmiths from the first map by selling Tier 4 Broad Axes and have made several of them so I know what I'm doing, while currently I am mass producing Tier 4 Broad Longswords to drain all the money out of all the blacksmiths/armorsmiths/weaponsmiths in Kuttenberg.

Hopefully this helps other players be aware of possible issues and helps the devs fix it sooner. Thanks.

Glad to hear someone else has a problem with the reforged Radzig's sword not going to Tier 4. You'd think 25 craftmanship would be enough, plus being drunk for the bonus, plus quickfinger potions, etc. In case it's a bug the devs will fix later, I'll just hold off on that and use a different sword.

Same problem here. Can't forge it into tier 4 while it never have been a problem for me (excepting the hermit sword which seems to encounter the same kind of problem).
I hope it will be fixed soon if it's a bug.
I had the alchemist from trostky never go to sleep. He just stared at me through the open doorway until 5am. Some NPCs are buggy in their routines.

It's a quest item, maybe because of that.
Do you have any other pre-crafted item that you can upgrade to 4 as proof it should work this way?
Regarding problem 1)

Have the same issue. Question is - do you use mods as well?

Ive noticed, that I got this error in Kuttenberg when Im going sleep in tavern, use bath etc.

One funny thing, I woke up before 12pm, but when I skip time on square from 12pm to 1am, ogange bunny pop up and it started over and over agin. I guess its game breaking for me atm and I need to wait for the patch. Earlier saves are good only for a moment, because this bug will pop up sooner or later.

I got stuck with the 'searching' bunny for a while in Kutenburg but I think it was just a UI bug as it was gone after closing and reloading the game.
I tested it also in other places, but the same bug pop up, even in smaller villages. Shame. Not sure if its mod related or not :(

It's not mod related since I don't have mods. Mine is gone now though. I have no idea what triggered it to disappear. I started up the game after doing irl stuff and it was gone. Didn't disappear the last time I restarted the game so whatever is causing it is inconsistent.
For me its whenever im using fast travel to Kuttenberg - icon is like orange bunny running with sword, people are running away from me etc.
Or, if Im in Kuttenber, and use skip time, after 24 i got the same issue, dunno why...
Just loaded save when I arrive to Kuttenberg map. Will try to redo some quest but its better than start from scratch though...

I got the orange bunny bug in Kuttenburg aswell and I can't progress anymore because of it. I'm in the Kings Gambit quest and it randomly appears halfway in and now I'm basically trapped. I even went to a previous save and replayed the quest in which you go to Maleslov to rescue Hans but I still got the bug again during Kings Gambit.
I'm so glad this isn't just me! I've had the permanent orange bunny bug since doing the sneaky "All's Fair" quest. Can't get rid of it even with quitting and re-starting.

I think stealth in Kuttenberg is bugged right now, not even guards will attack me after trying to kill them after a failed stealth kill.
On top of that, the whole city will come to see the corpses on the ground to a point that the game has heavy lag and even nearby people and corpses will appear and vanish because they can't be visible in the same time.

The people don't even run away, they're just standing there and watching the men next to them get stabbed.
And as I said, the game don't manage to load all in, so you see only a part of the whole pile.

Kuttenberg is far, far away.
I have a combat (charging bunny) randomly initiate within the Kuttenberg region with no npcs around, and no way to exit combat, it triggers my unarmed perk sting like a bee, also the brawl on the road fast travel event has no NPCs but triggers the charging bunny bug aswell, no matter what I do (defeat NPCs, or even getting arrested/paying a fine) the bunny stays on the screen even sometimes being there when I reload a save. This issue has softlocked my playthrough atm.

I just loaded old save, when I get to Kuttenberg map... and well. It helps, nevertheless, its shame because its few hours play. Hope to get fix for those issues soon. Cant lie, but its frustrating just to load earlier saves because of bugs like this...
