It's annoying AF there is no sawbones or surgen arround at the Nomad camp, yet after lossing to master Tomcat in the dual you are all bloody and red screen walking around the camp and all the NPCs are like omg you should see the sawbones. I searched for like 30mins in the dark with the torch and red sceened up and nothing there or even such person close by. Wtf how hard would it be to put one in the camp? Feels incomplete yet so simple, why have that audio there? I ended up just slashing one of those annoying ♥♥♥♥♥ telling you to see the sawbones just to die and then restart the checkpoint right before facing Tomcat again. The other annoying thing is those Nomads don't even let you rest or sleep off your wounds at their camp yet seem so concerned about your health. And buddy Vivode the camp leader is all trusting in you like please sir you're the one from the vision please sir find my dear and only dauther for me, but ok btw piss off you scoundrel I can't let you rest here or have some soup from the many pots and beds around

FYI there is a camp you can sleep at it's near where the "horse trader" is.
