Can not interact with bathhouse in Nomad camp
I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm missing something, but I can not interact with bath house, nor the dice minigame in Nomad camp. I've completed their quest but bath lady still provides no interaction option. She is just sitting there.

thats not a bath house theres only one in the first area look for it

It would make no sense, though. Definitely doesn't mesh with romani culture or jewish culture. They could have let you take a bath there, though.
