Craftsmanship bug?

Hey, has anyone encountered bug with craftsmanship? I am over skill lvl 16 and cant get Martin's Secret perk.

i've had something similar. level 12 but i didn't get a perk point or the perks of level 12 to open up. It got delayed to level 13 for some reason. check if it opens at level 17

it is either because of jack of all trades perk or some other bug makes game act like i always have -2 to craftsmanship during checks.

it is either jack of all trades perk or some other bug lowering hidden skill checks. I unlocked it at 18.

Odd, for me it's a -1. just got to level 17 to open it up

As i said some other hidden skill check probably. I only noticed my xp gain is for certain skills are much lower after taking the perk. So i assumed jack of all trades messing it up.

Blacksmith apron get you +3 and leather gloves +2 hidden bonus,or sometheng close. Remove them if you are wearing them to see your true stat . It helped me and i got cheesy perk on my true 16 level.

This is what I was going to point out. For me it was the leather gloves that did it.
