Reforged Radzig Sword Tier 4
Is it possible to tier 4/Henry tier this sword? Or is it fixed to Tier 3? Fextra and the fan wiki both say there is a tier 4, but the stats seem the same as what I'm getting at tier 3 (190).

It's tier 4, i just believe it's a visual bug. It pops up and says T3 but it's infact T4.
