It's a very old school game, where you play a traditional white male character, without any options to play as a female or a trans character or whatever. It doesn't have any of the other modern identity politics, either. It's a game that should be celebrated, both for all the things it is, but also for all the things it isn't (no always online, no MTX etc.).
