Hans Capon is 27

The character for Hans is loosely based on a real historical character, that is mentioned in the Codex, stating the real "Hans" or Jan, is 15 in the year where this game takes place. But the Hans Capon in the game is 27 (28 if KCD2 takes place a year later), same age as Henry. He is also voiced by a fully adult male, not a squeaky voiced teenager.

But would he still be considered a Ward if he was in his 20s at that point? I could see it if he was in his mid-late teens, but the same age as Henry (27) he might be a Ward on paper, but he'd more or less be allowed to rule, if in a round about way.

He was not deemed mentally mature enough to rule yet, as he was mainly drinking and fornicating.

His or Henry's age has never been explicitly stated, not even in the OPs video - the guy there clearly isn't sure and says "27-ish". Which doesn't make sense considering Henry's way of life and relationships with parents.
Also who that person in the video even is, you know not just any developer would have 100% credibility in such matters

Yes but you do know Henry is stated to be a hetrosexual christian right? Its not like people complain about some random unknow character or? This is clearly for anyone with working eyes a PR stunt to show DEI, just like if you checked the Twitter war woth the devs and others when the news got out. This is completley the same as all the changes we see now day, like people jokeing about a pink haired african trans playing as superman for DEI, they dont make new original chars but change the allready established ones.

Yes its a "choise" but it shouldnt even be one.. this is not gta5 but a story based on historie, and where do we draw the line at its was a choise? These are allready made charaters where one is ment to potray a nobleman who is 15, this is not some unicorn in the forrest but the one of the main chars, and if you dont like that how about you dont buy it? Well there aren't any books where Hans is 15. Unless the original script ever comes up and it's there.
And pretty much none of the characters ingame are 1 to 1 to their historical inspirations, this is clear. Some of them aren't even alive in 1403.
So what do we have - 2 characters that look mature, behave mature, and are played by mature actors.
