The character for Hans is loosely based on a real historical character, that is mentioned in the Codex, stating the real "Hans" or Jan, is 15 in the year where this game takes place. But the Hans Capon in the game is 27 (28 if KCD2 takes place a year later), same age as Henry. He is also voiced by a fully adult male, not a squeaky voiced teenager.

The ages in this game are all hard to pinpoint. As a character in game he acts like a young adult around 18 to 19 and looks a bit older than that though.

he is not stated in the game to be 15, the Codex states on the Jan character, i legit posted the video of the publisher, stating Henry is 27, and Hans is known to be in the same age. Knights were also knighted when they reached the age of 18, so Hans can't be 15 as they don't knight 15 year old nobles.
