For Victory Bugged?

I can't even start the quest at the moment. Hans is always in front of some chests and tells me to get him in the evening. I tryed all times from 5 to 10 pm and he still tells me to pick him up later. I tryed closing the game and finishing other Quests first. It still won't work.

fixed it. I had to finish Combat training II first.

Have you tried reloading a save from like 5 hours ago and replaying the whole game.

No, I didn't have this bug but some other people having the same issue figured out that if a certain sidequest was left unfinished, the event in this quest won't trigger.

Where? I am having the same bug and about to uninstall and refund this ♥♥♥♥. So annoying.

I have combat 2 done but still he’s at the chest
