Tailor door closed in Kuttenberg
The door to the tailor in Kuttenberg is locked for me, and going inside when an npc opens the door gives me a warning that its restricted to be there, what the heck??

The shop is open and when I run to it everything is fine, but I'm guessing the guard will eventually be done with my "trespassing" and murk me

It seems to be a relatively common bug. I have had it happen with a lot of shops. Try waiting a few hours, it solved it for me.

Did it really? i tried this and no luck so far. Did you maybe also save and quit or do anything else besides waiting?

No, but sometimes i waited several times.
Office hours are daytime or whenever I ain't drunk.
I have the same problem with one of the two tailors that are next to each other in a street. I waited several hours and even a few days but still closed. If I enter by force they call the guards while I can talk to the seller to see his items. There is a blacksmith shop one street higher with the same problem and the seller inside however.. is it really a bug or will it be available as you progress in the game?

I had this bug happen in one of the towns. It stayed with me through sleeping, even going back to the first region! save and quit didn't work. I couldn't distract guards or do anything about it, so I had to load a previous save. Really freaking annoying.

I found a way to get the shop open at least once.

You'll need to activate the side quest, "I'll Repute". This is the second mission set for the Kingfisher Bathhouse that's in the lower right corner of Kuttenberg. You're asked to go help the tailor of the "closed" shop so they can do you a favor, so then the shop will be open for that side quest.

The shop went back to being locked after completing the quest though, so I recommend buying what you can before prompting to progress with the quest.

Hope this helped a little!
Thankfully, there are 2 other tailor shops right near the closed shops, so does it really matter?
SHops close related to breaks (for Launch etc.) or sometimes related to Sidequests.
Maybe NPCs go to the Bathhouse or a Tavern and close their Shops as well? (second point is a wild guess, first is happening to me all over the places even in smaller towns)

Off the top of my head there are four tailors in Kuttenberg, one of which operates from a stall.

This thing makes me insane. I've had this problem a few times so far aswell.
Along with the locked doors. I also have a swordsmith that i just cant ever get into. Apparently he doesnt want customers ever.

I like to think the other tailor is purposely locking the door to get rid of competition. My guess is that since the area is marked as tresspassing the NPCs automatically lock the door
