Please, show evidence. I keep hearing this "27"figure but I see no source. How many 27 year olds say they want the Archbishop to treat them like an adult? Why does Lord Hanush (IIRC) act as his ward in KCD1?
If 40 was the average life expectancy, an Archbishop would treat any 27 year old like an adult as they'd have already passed their (average) mid point and be close to the last quarter of their life.

As for "He sounds 27"
He sounds like a fifteen year old in the first game.
Testesterone levels were massively higher then than now. Male test levels have halved since the 1970s. Even when I went to school I knew fifteen year olds who had to shave daily or they'd grow a full beard.

The codex literally says Hans is underage. The age or majority for men then was sixteen.
So he's either 15, or younger.

This poses a problem because there is a sex scene.
A sex scene between minors, even CGI is illegal in many countries, including where I live.
Even if you do not view it, police would consider that to be CP on your computer as its in the game files.

For the safety of buyers, there needs to be a "No Hans intercourse" option on by default in the long lost of countries that ban any representation of minors engaging in intercourse

The codex entries state he is underage and 15.
The sequel takes place a few months after the original.

He's a 15 year old minor, according to the games own codex entries.

And it's often stated that Hans and Henry are about the same age. The codex entry just shows you the birthdate of Jan... a rl person Hans is based on. Based on means they took some stuff from his biography. But they renamed him and made another character out of him. So they also aged him up.

But hey if you guys are so eager to battle against pedophilia. Do we have the exact ages of all the bath wrenches, Theresa and whoever you can have fun with in the first game? Irrc nobody had any problems with that in the first game. Many even found Hans as a womanizer hilarious and had no problem with him having fun in the bath house. So what suddenly changed? Because it's with a guy this time?

Edit: also the birthdate of Jans/Hans codex entry has a question mark behind it.
