Safe to do main quests?

I've only done the first quest for the blacksmith and the miller. Do i lose any side quests if i keep doing the main quest?

There is a quest later on that will lose some side quests but the game will warn you of that before. There are smaller things that happen in the world around you that can be missed but don't count as full side quests but that's more so just walking past something going on and too much time passes.

Do as much side quest before the weeding, even when you reach the point where a mission tells you if you continue it will fail othere side quest its allready to late and will bug certain of them atleast what happen for me.
