His father (aka progenitor) is Lord Radzig, but his dad (aka the guy that raised him & was there for him) is Martin. Martin also gave Henry the sword (he created it).

You probably need to see the recap video from either the Warhorse Studios or Kingdom Come Deliverance channels on YouTube.

(I recommend against watching the 5-hour cutscene video. It includes several variations of many scenes that are depending on player choice. Without the context for each variant, it might get confusing.)

Though you could also say Sir Radzig gave him the sword because I believe he planned it as a gift for Henry when he eventually recognized him. Could be wrong about that though, either way the sword was initially forged as a commission for Radzig, then at the end of the first game Radzig officially said that sword is Henry's

Radzig is father while Martin is dad, from what I understand Radzig and henrry's mother was lover, but they can't marry because Radzig is noble while Henry's mother was a peasant or commoner, but Martin is commoner or freemen, unknow history other than Martin is great warrior and master of blacksmith, Radzig and Martin know each other for long time, it's seem that Martin marry Henry's mother before Henry was born, I assumed and only guess Radzig might ask his friend Martin to marry Henry's mother before Henry born to keep her safe and no one would look down on her, that is my theory, but not much said beyond of that.

i'm very suspicious that Martin and Radzig was best friend or even brother at arm at some point long time ago. I could be wrong, it's all theory.
