Kuttenberg Tournament Bug

Same bug from different saves for tournament. Tried taking all Armour and weapons off and keeping them equipped but nothing is working. Can't equip items given to me at tournament to use. When tournament starts can't equip any weapons at all so I have to use my bare hands and can't win. So game won't progress past this point. This part off the game is useless as of now.

yea ♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid i cant progress with several sidequests because of this bug, cant equip a sword or armor to fight someone who is fully armed.

I'm stuck on the same quest but mine is abit different, I did the first duels and when i had to switch weapons I'm just stuck here waiting for someone to come lol, everyone who is in the tourney is still using the same weapons as before which might be the cause

Have the same Bug, with one of the fighters unarmed, the second fight won't start.
It kind of fixed itself, after i left the tournament area and came back. Now the unarmed one has sword and shield and the other a longsword.

Yeah its buggy for me too. When its clearly the longsword round, a guy just walks in with a sword and shield lol... cheaters haha

Yeah same here. Can't progress any further.
1. Bug: If i'am entering the tournament place. the people are stacked on top of each other.
2. Bug: The opponent didn't appear.
3. Bug: If i'm waiting the 3 hours which are mentioned, then the time didn't stop and after that the complete arena is empty. Only the ranks are occupied.
All bugs are random.

The furthest that I can reach is the 1st long sword fight.

Same as the above mentioned for me.
Never get beyond the first longsword fight, in which I've fought one dude with sword'n'shield or unarmed.
After that everyone stops moving and it's all dead.

Man I hope they fix this soon. Mah immersion!

Edit: I've tried both waiting at the swords guild and letting gameplay progress until the day and walking there myself, multiple times from different save games. It breaks the exact same way every time.

i found a solution until it gets fixed before you talk with menhard you use console command wh_cheat_additem longSwordDuel_khTournament to add the sword and then you equip that on your first slot and it shows up in the tourny

I had to use the potion saves between matches in the Tournament and simply slug it out with my fist and dodge skills. This took a while, and was a pain to keep loading, especially against the last guy!

I might have a solution that works but only if you have had mods or trainers or other cheat programs running while you play like wemod or the like because I personally used wemod at a certain point simply because I'm a fanatic pack rat So every item is collected and thrown into the box and at some point I needed unlimited carrying capacity from wemod and after I had the same problem at Tournaments I just tried to turn off the mod after about 2 hours and that solved it
