Same issue as the first game, where some of the preorder gear was basically the best in the game and could be obtained from the start. They do not understand how to make bonuses.

I mean the incentive armor beats the in game armor. You don't get a basic start - instead you watch some videos and start the game in plate armor.

That is more for the quest and the riddle than actual value.
You can easily get much better armor in the next map, which you are going to need.

There is a mod that i am using that addresses this very issue. Feels bad to me that the armour you need to actually go and explore around and find is just objectively worse than the warhorse from the Twitch drops that just magically appears in your stash and requires you to do nothing.

This mod makes it so the Brunswick set is at least an on par alternative instead of just being not worth using if you got the warhorse one.
