Theres a black horse in Appolonia thats named Vranik, i was wondering if theres a way to tame him. Theres a locked chest near the horse that has a (hard) lock on it that im unable to open

The key to the chest is in the hand of the skeleton behind the house. It's also interesting about the horse, since you can't even climb on it.
