can you transfer ps5 progress to pc?

i started on ps5 but want to transfer to pc

if you chose to romance Hans it's saved on the cloud and can transfer instantly.

If you didnt then sadly you need to finish the game first and then it'll let you transfer to PC at the point where you romance hans and you can redo 90% of the game as a Sub to Hans Dom.

I play on controller on pc and its not to bad. once you level up lockpicking its easy to do.
