Is there really no fishing in the game?

I assumed we would have that since it’s an open world life sim survival type thing where you hunt, dry meat, pick herbs and so on.

I found a spot where Henry said he never learned how to fish, which seems insanely unlikely that any man even today who lives in the boonies doesn’t fish especially back then when it was free food or something to sell, but I figured this line was just so we could have the video game fishing tutorial explained and we learn as Henry learns how to fish. But I’m not finding any fishing poles or bait?

If there is no fishing that seems like huge missed opportunity to me. I want to make money hunting and fishing not brewing potions all day like a wench.

You can fish with your ranged weapon. No troll. (first time i've heard about this was on cohh dev stream, they ware near a lake and talking about fishing with the bow)

This is not a survival open world game. It is story game on a very big map that you are free to explore how you like
