Wanted status

So I liftshopped and now are wanted in Trosky. How many Days is the in-game cd before the status is gone because I have to go there for a quest..

Each time i go there the guard stop me and either have to pay 12k gold, be branded or fight my way out (which in result mean to wipe the whole town out).

I'm also wanted in Trosky, pilfered the Rathaus clean of all the equipment. Now they want 5K or brand me

if you have a permanent bed there should be a chest you can store stuff in.

put all your items in it, go to town, surrender to guard, take punishment, watch cutscene of you in stocks. lose nothing, get a temp debuff and go back and get all your items.

crime and punishment is a joke in the game - you can literally steal everything, murder a couple of people in town, store your stuff in that town at your bed and all you get is a cutscene on the stocks.

oh but your rep will be lower in that town you say, just sell stolen ♥♥♥♥ from another town there and your goochy

Not if they want to brand you, thats serious, and majorly messes with your game. If its a small crime yeah its just the stocks but if its najor theft they want to brand you and pay a ridiculous amount.

Yeah I stole a horse armor and they wanted to charge me 8k or brand me I was like nah ill just go back to my save before I stole it thanks

If you stay away from the town for long enough it goes away. I think I stole about 2k worth from there and it took a week or so

12k for me. But is just ridiculous. also the lockpicking system. I thought lockpicking in Skyrim was bad but my was I mistaken

I dont think so because the the cutscene is not stock but branded which I dont want because the skin of my char is too delicate xD

Just wanted to add my experience. I "borrowed" a few things and has 3.7k bounty (not going to pay that bruh). Took 3 maybe 4 in game days and it went away. So no worries, they will stop hunting you

I can't go to the Wagoners Inn and my owner bed anymore thanks to a misunderstanding about who owned the stealthy clothes in the bath house, and me giving the guards the slip. Good news that it will go away eventually
