Has anyone met Death/Grim Reaper Lady yet?

I was using fast travel today and ran into a random event at night labeled as "A Woman stands with a serene expression on her face." When I selected to stop and talk, the game said "She stares at you with a piercing gaze." Once I loaded in, it was a normal looking old woman with a lantern humming a tune. I could talk to her, but there was no name/npc tag that showed when hovering over her with the cursor.

After engaging in conversation with her, she mentions how she's like a problem solver, and that people come to her with all sorts of problems. And if you choose to ask her what she means, she tells Henry that she's been by his side multiple times and asks why he's never come to talk to her. Asking her what she means again, she then refers to Henry as "Henry of Skalitz", which confuses Henry. Her final remark before she leaves is that "Skalitz kept me busy for a while after."

I tried following her and seeing if she had anything else to say, but couldn't interact with her any further, she just kept walking and humming. I ran into her on the road next to the Traskowitz Cemetery at night, dunno if it's a static spawn or something. Judging from her dialogue and weird behavior, Im guessing she's the Grim Reaper or something? Anyone else found this lady before?

Also, I just tried to attack her to see if anything happens. I tried shooting her with an arrow, the arrow literally phased through her and she gave no reaction. I tried hitting her with my sword, but the game prevented me from swinging while looking at her (Similar to the important NPCs). I tried turning during a swing to hit her, to which it'd make a noise like I hit her but then nothing would happen. A random mercenary came riding by on a horse while I was doing this and literally didn't even react to the lady, just went through her and kept going.

Wtf is this an easter egg or something?

Yeah I tried finding info too, seems like Im the first person to ever post about it. Dunno if it was a bug or the lighting but her eyes were also pitch black after she walked away, creepy ♥♥♥♥ tbh

Just ran into her as well, her comment about Skalitz was simply too intriguing to not look up. I immediately started searching for traditional personifications of death throughout the ages and then just googled "meet with death in kingdom come 2" lmao. Glad other people came to the same conclusion. I wonder if we'll meet her again in another encounter?

While I was following her, she didn't attack her, she was walking all the time on the road to the mill and went behind the map in the forest after the location with the felled trees. It seems that only the player sees her

Carries a lantern, no name option visible. Just gives a vague reference to being with Henry often. Could be triggered by you killing people or sending someone to the gallows (happened right after doing that when fast traveling at night).

notable that arrows pass through, direct attacks are impossible, and indirect melee does nothing.

i will follow her. encountered on the road at the dog driving a horse cart of apples when viewing the zoomed in map of Tachov.

+ just kept walking. does try to avoid walking into Henry but like most npcs will just clip through him. doesnt offer any apology bark or step away.

if its just a random easter egg and so obvious it would be nice to get a page unlocked about "death" in medieval times or some such.

Just meet her she knows Henry of Skalitz and said i was with you lots of times. She is something like death maybe? Game doesnt let me attack her or pickpocket and i can not talk again.

Id say try fast traveling past the Cemetery, since that's where I found her. Since she always has a lantern, try doing it at night.

Yeah i bumped into her in my last session. It seemed to me there was a bit of a 4th wall break, like she was hinting at the fact that Henry (the player) dies a lot. Was a fun random encounter
