Not playing pacifist (if a weapon is drawn, they die).
Gamestage is looking for the hermit to get mats to forge a sward for the wedding.
518 game hours passed

Nothing changed in my stats. it's around 3 o'clock am game time. Encounter happened between the grocer and Varel the game keeper.
Note, I don't normally travel at night because I hate night combat with bandits and wolves along the road. lose corpses sometimes.
She may be be the Morrigan, who is a Celtic goddess, and I think it's slightly hinted at due to the idols near Troskowitz. The Morrigan is a goddess of war who chooses which warriors live and die during battle. She also has the power of prophecy and can predict the outcomes of battles, which lines up with her cryptic words about no one listening to her message until it's too late (iirc). In some tellings she even acts as a bit of a psychopomp, and washes the clothes of the dead after battle (lots of work after Skalitz...). Only thing that doesn't line up is that the Morrigan is usually a beautiful young woman.
OIf course, as stated here she's just as likely Death or Henry's guardian angel. No matter who she is though, it was a pretty cool encounter and especially interesting because kcd hasn't usually dipped into the supernatural outside of obvious superstitions and fake devil skulls.
She passes the Semine Mill, strides into the woods from there.
I can't follow her because of the invisible wall where Henry says sth like "I should go back" and gets "blocked."
There is no interaction with other NPCs. She walked past 2 bandits and nothing happened.
Very strange and creepy :D
I met her by the tree and followed her, all the time she was humming her melody! At the end of the finale, she reached the edge of the map, and our main character said the phrase "it's not time to leave yet." Did these words refer to the fact that the map ended or was it about leaving life... but she continued her journey beyond the map and disappeared into the forest, and the main character simply cannot physically go further
