Has anyone met Death/Grim Reaper Lady yet?

I was using fast travel today and ran into a random event at night labeled as "A Woman stands with a serene expression on her face." When I selected to stop and talk, the game said "She stares at you with a piercing gaze." Once I loaded in, it was a normal looking old woman with a lantern humming a tune. I could talk to her, but there was no name/npc tag that showed when hovering over her with the cursor.

After engaging in conversation with her, she mentions how she's like a problem solver, and that people come to her with all sorts of problems. And if you choose to ask her what she means, she tells Henry that she's been by his side multiple times and asks why he's never come to talk to her. Asking her what she means again, she then refers to Henry as "Henry of Skalitz", which confuses Henry. Her final remark before she leaves is that "Skalitz kept me busy for a while after."

I tried following her and seeing if she had anything else to say, but couldn't interact with her any further, she just kept walking and humming. I ran into her on the road next to the Traskowitz Cemetery at night, dunno if it's a static spawn or something. Judging from her dialogue and weird behavior, Im guessing she's the Grim Reaper or something? Anyone else found this lady before?

Unless 'high civilian kill count' is 13, it's not that.
I encountered her outside Tachov, and she started circling Trosky castle before walking into the forest and leaving the map.

109 corpses looted
78 enemies killed
63 people killed
35 animals killed

I'm expecting she is a traveling priest, or guardian angel? Just seen her myself

Quite obvious she is Death. She is hinting very heavily on that (being busy in Skalitz, being often near Henry, assisting people in final moments - meaning passing when they die, answering people's most important questions).

The fact you cannot even harm her adds to that.

And yes.. she says not to fear her. After all - don't fear the reaper.

they add alot of different stuff while fast travel . i found a dude with map to holly grail . i found a guy think he never lucky . then i found him again attacked by 2 bandits on way to Kutnburg and saved him . i feel its just random stuff to add falvor to game . i met a guy who challange you to a dual etcc

just met her after the quest "the fifth commandment, found her when i was going back to the coal burners to tell the girl shes safe to go back to kuttenburg

I just bumped into her just now, I think she's the grim reaper

I bumped into her while fast traveling to nomad camp. I chose the option to keep on going and the next message displayed said something like, "you move on and when you turn around she's nowhere to be found"

I found her near the castle. She told me that she had been to Skalice many times and that it had taken me a long time to meet her, that she had been with me on many occasions, accompanying me, that she arrives when people breathe their last. Something like that. It is clear to me that she is Death/Reaper.
