Anyway to restore armor quality after multiple repairs?

i want to use sir brunswicks stuff but i dont want to ruin it over time with extensive usage

From what I read, I think quality degrades only after its durability is near zero or something like that, so if you repair your stuff frequently to be in top shape there's no penalty.
Some high end equip, like Brunswick's armor is not repairable by player at start, so you have to use NPC for that.
